dr. REBEKAH HARTFIELD

FOUNDER/VETERINARIAN

Dr. Hartfield holds two associate’s degrees, a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Texas A&M, and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University.

After graduating vet school, she joined a mixed animal clinic in Cushing, Okla., where her passion for and advocacy of veterinary medicine grew. There she began a personal journey to educate, encourage, and inspire the next generation of veterinarians. Out of this desire, The Doctor Hartfield Veterinary Book Series was born. The books chronicle Abby, a young girl who lives on a farm, and Dr. H. as they examine, diagnose, and treat various animals on Abby’s farm. The books intend to help educate young children about veterinary care and practices while helping them better care for their pets. Today, in addition to operating her own veterinary clinics, Dr. Hartfield continues her work as an author reading to and educating students in the tri-state area.

In 2019 Dr. Hartfield bought her first practice in Holdenville, OK, where she spends her week days helping both large and small animals! She resides in Mannford with her husband Preston, and young son Paden. In their free time they enjoy their time spent on Lake Keystone.

RACHEL FRANCIES

OFFICE MANAGER

Meet Rachel! As the backbone of our clinic's operations, Rachel expertly keeps everything running smoothly while ensuring top-notch care for all our patients. She has been a dedicated member of the veterinary medicine field for almost 10 years, starting as a kennel assistant in college and gaining experience in various other roles.

Rachel thoroughly enjoys working with Dr. Hartfield and loves the diverse array of animals and cases that come through our urgent care clinic.

Rachel is married to her high school sweetheart, Tony, and they have two children. Together, they've fostered over 50 dogs, reflecting their commitment to animal rescue. They live on a small hobby farm that's home to their rescue dogs and cats, chickens, and three horses.

Emily Sells

lead assistant

Meet Emily! One of our amazing Veterinary Assistants who has worked with Dr. Hartfield for 5 years. Emily has one dog, four horses, and a small heard of cattle!
She is currently in her senior year of Undergrad at Oklahoma State University, with high hopes to be accepted into the Veterinarian program in the Fall. She is very passionate about the large animal side of veterinary medicine.
Her favorite thing about working with animals is she gets to assist in healing and caring for them. Seeing a sick animal overcome any illness and get back to their playful, loving self is one of her favorite things to experience working. It is very fulfilling to be able to help animals get back to their happy, healthy lives.

BAILEE BLACK

VETERINARY ASSISTANT

Meet Bailee! One of our dedicated team members who joined our Urgent Care clinic in April. She started her journey with Dr. Hartfield by volunteering at the Holdenville clinic in December before becoming part of our team. Growing up on a cattle ranch, Bailee has always had a deep passion for animals.

She is currently a senior at Oklahoma State University, majoring in Animal Science, and plans to apply to veterinary school this fall. Bailee's favorite part about working here is the hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn something new every day. Her background in ranching and her enthusiasm for animal care make her a valuable asset to our clinic.

Bailee's commitment to expanding her knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine aligns perfectly with her goal of becoming a veterinarian.

Brigitte Toledo

Meet Brigitte! Brigitte is a passionate animal lover, thrilled to return to the veterinary field after taking time off to focus on her family. With a career that began in 2014 as a veterinary receptionist, Brigitte quickly discovered her calling in animal care and advanced to the role of veterinary assistant in 2016. Her heart is set on making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners, and she is eager to bring her experience, compassion, and enthusiasm back to the practice.

Family is at the core of Brigitte’s life. Married to her husband, Robert, Brigitte cherishes the time spent with their lively daughter, Maya, and their pack of pets, which includes a cat, a Pomeranian, a Doodle, and two Great Danes.
